Present the Lab internally and externally within meetings and communications with donors and other stakeholders.
Provide full project management oversight to ensure excellence in execution of all Iraq Lab plans and programmes. Lead in project planning and coordination to ensure timely and quality implementation of all program activities.
Lead in all fundraising efforts, such as budgeting, compiling proposals and concept notes.
Take lead in designing business incubation cycles for innovation support in Iraq.
Take lead in outlining learning requirements for incubation programs and assessment tools.
Lead and facilitate the promotion of the digital transformations in the humanitarian and development programs of the Oxfam programming.
Provide strategic direction to the program through preparing strategy documents and overseeing outreach and engagement
Maintain accurate documentation of best practices, results, learning and impact of programs.
Manage and supervise the program team and provide support through performance reviews and evaluations.
Oversee the delivery and implementation of all Innovative projects supported by the IRIL, including donor funded projects as well as sub-grant awards.
Oversee all contractual processes and reporting requirements for sub-grantees. This includes overview and revision of project narrative and financial report.
Lead in identifying a new pipeline of Innovative projects that fit within the IRIL scope of work and organize pitching events.
Support all fundraising efforts as required by the Lab Manager, this can include: support in compiling proposals, case studies, innovation report, brochures, presentations, database etc.
Lead on all administrative, logistical and operational tasks required to run the lab on a day to day basis.
Oversee training conducted by the innovation lab and take lead in business training when needed.
● Responsible for an annual budget of 360, 000 USD dedicated to job creation in
Erbil, and the development of Iraq's future workforce and private sector.
● Lead 15 master coaches and 800 trainees over a period of two years
successfully developing high-demand skills for employment and a 48%
employment rate 6 months after enrollment. Planning, organizing, and
conducting a Training of Trainers (ToT) program at WorkWell.
● Built strategic partnerships for WorkWell. Responsible for marketing the
WorkWell program in Erbil, establishing and maintaining collaborative
relationships with donors and the private sector in Iraq.
● Successfully implemented a new M&E and CRM system for WorkWell that
allowed the program to set performance targets, inform strategy, and support
the principles of transparency and accountability.
● Experience in setting up and using detailed project work plans with clear
follow-up measures. Responsible for the delivery of advanced training & events
planning involving both staff and participants.
● Devising a comprehensive capacity building training program to empower
WorkWell coaches with skills to successfully perform in their positions.
● Responsible for the standardization of assessment strategies, drills, and
procedures in Erbil to meet the standards of the PLC head office in Iraq.
● Gained grants management experience, including budgeting, reporting, and
compliance.
● Liaise and maintain good communication and coordination with donor partners,
and other NGOs, and private sector companies.

● Provided coaches with accurate class schedules and resources to maintain
discipline and operational effectiveness of the WorkWell program in Erbil.
Responsible for the quality of training.
● Worked as a liaison between the program participants and the management to
strengthen the program’s delivery, feedback mechanism, and reputation.
● Thoroughly familiar with the curriculum and related materials. Ensured trainees
and coaches were provided with the necessary equipment and materials.
● Mentored trainees to achieve their full potential, nurturing their ability to learn
and how to find solutions resulting in 93% of WorkWell Alumni reporting feeling
capable of handling challenging situations.
● Assessed instructional effectiveness of the Tech Hub to determine the impact of
training on WorkWell workers, and provided timely feedback to management
and coaches.
● Developed training materials and activities to challenge WorkWell trainees,
strengthening the Tech Hub's organizational capacity, critical thinking,
creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
● Prepared Excel spreadsheet for course records, and schedules.
● Helped keep attendance records up to date.
● Prepared documents and communication emails between Management, students, and Department Chair.
● Translated documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
● Transcribed lectures and meetings held by IRIS.
● Coordinated and managed events and projects for IRIS.
Management of Development Masters focuses on development projects, the SDGs, the role of the private sector, and innovation to create a more equal world. The program requires a comprehensive project proposal submission alongside a final paper.
