•Coordinating all inspection jobs inside and outside countries.
•Verification and certification of reports and certificates.
•Job evaluation and pricing.
•Work with other functional groups inside the company on quality related issues.
•Timely updating of inspection results.
•Sending quotes to clients in case of absence of the Supervisor.
•Help the safety officer to organize the monthly safety meetings.
•Inspection of used and new drill pipes, BHA & various subs using DS-1 & API standards.
•Inspection & servicing of elevators, slips, reamers, hole openers etc.
•Carry out pressure testing and servicing on Kelly valves, FOSV, Top-in-check valves & Grey valves.
•Coordinate with machine shop staffs in case of challenging issues.
•Quality checking of fresh cut connections using various types of gauges like depth gauge, digital vernier, profile gauge, lead gauge, pit gauge, micrometer etc.
•Full body MPI on elevator links, swivels etc.
