Ensure that the reception area is tidy and contains all necessary stationery such as pens, brochures and papers for the workplace.
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.
Receiving and sorting daily mail.
Providing administrative support and coordinating work activities.
Receive and respond to e-mails.
Sending and receiving faxes and saving work files.
Interacting with customers and strengthening the relationship with them.
Organize appointments, schedule meetings, and update calendars.
Preparing meeting rooms, making travel plans, and making presentations.
Keep copies of documents and records.
Ensuring that visitors are recorded when they arrive at the reception area and that their data is kept on the computer.
Answering any inquiries or questions that customers or visitors need.
Maintain office file system.
Meet the needs of customers during their visit to the workplace
