• Creating specifications HR & OD reports and analysis based on business needs.
• Responsible for the Employee’s Annual Appraisal & Bonus process.
• Manage the benchmarking projects with external consultants to fulfil the project
requirements.
• Manage and develop grade structures to the best practice of job evaluation
methodology.
• Building and reviewing the Job descriptions and Organization Structure.
• Develop and implements policies related to Human Resources Department.
• Perform and manage data analysis to determine the best pay and benefits plan.
• Implementing OD programs that align workforce with key business strategies.
• Familiar with the job posting channels.
• Headhunting recruitment resource and screening process.
• Conduct Interviews.
• Onboarding process (contracts, policies, company procedures, ...etc).
• Handling with (Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad).
• Assign to manage all performance evaluation procedures.
• Background check for the official documents of the employees.
• Work on writing several forms, including (warnings, bank loan, exit clearance).
• Responsible for work-related investigations.
• Manage personnel such as payroll, employee’s annual vacations, medical insurance and end of services.
• Working on HR platforms (SAP and MenaItech).
• Register and documentation of employees' contracts in GOSI.
• Reviewing job descriptions and updating files.
• Follow-up and coordinate medical arrangements for employees.
• Making employment letters.
