Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the fleet so that it complies with the Class requirements.
Implement and deploy yearly Master
Maintenance Schedule.
Ensure that PMS is strictly maintained into PMS system
Team leader, authorize PMS, upgrading work and ad-hoc repair.
Manage, develop and deliver all of the aspect of Master Maintenance Schedule in compliance with ISM regulation framework.
Define and budget the necessary resources and maintain the Maintenance cost within the
allocated budget.
Manage, monitor, coordinate and control all aspects of the vessels fleet maintenance programs, processes, resources, and activities, liaising with Purchasing for the spare part supply.
Identify failure trends, develop reliable
improvement strategies and processes and complete reliability studies.
