•Maintain all parameter Pretreatment line, Troubleshooting of PT defect
•chemical dozing in PT tank of Phasphating, Surface activation, Degreasing as per requirement
•Drain water rinse and surface activation of PT Tank for maintain Parameter
•Troubleshooting of Painted parts (Loss of Gloss, Orange peel, DFT, Cross cut test, Adhesion test, Impact resistance test, Flexibility test, Dust, Scratches, Run down, Pinhole)
•Maintain parameter of paint booth, Paint mixing, Paint Shop operation
•Measure viscosity, Pot life & Jell time of paint batch, cleaning process paint shop
•Reduce the rework of painted part
•Instrument handling (Conical mandrel, PH meter, Conductivity meter, DFT meter, Lab instrument, Impact test meter, Ford Cup, Gloss meter, Anemometer for measure air velocity, light intensity meter)
•Knowledge how to fill the permit( General, Hot, Height & confined Area)
•Reporting of Near miss and First Aid as a form for safety manager and take action for do not repeat again
•Maintain check sheet, disposal, Break down, material issue file
• Maintain 5’S mythology thus achieve above 95 % every month by Audit
