- Formulates sales and marketing objectives

- Conducts regular meetings/assemblies with accredited brokers and visits realty brokerage offices and ensures that the same are well informed of all project updates, prices and terms, promos and incentives, ongoing and upcoming sales and marketing activities, etc.

- Monitors and actively manages the division’s engagement with its accredited sellers through various social media platforms

- Maintains accurate database of brokers
Submits weekly and monthly reports including but not limited to sales production report, recruitment status report, sellers’s accreditation status, among others that will be assigned by the Division Sales Head
