Position: Estimator/ Project Coordinator

Project Monitoring and Coordination:

 Receive a complete briefing and an accurate Data Collection Sheet from Business Development Executive, as an assigned Coordinator to the project.
 Coordinates with Installation and Resource Planner concerning assigned Project Manager and Scoping
 Receives Scoping Report from Designated PM
 Based on received data, prepares a quotation, as per current rate card and approval of CIC Director, in a timely matter and submits it to Business Development.
 Received approved LPO for the job from BD
 Coordinates approved artwork between the Client and Production Team to adjust and fit the applicable dimensions
 Ensures proper documentation of the approved artworks in the Sales Folder
 Arranges proper documentation of the approved artworks in the Sales Order Folder
 Once the sample is approved by the client, ensure the work orders (WO) are created including Pre-press/Printing details, Hardware details, Finishing Details and Delivery Notes.
 Once the client has confirmed all their event details, Schedule manpower for both installation and decommission for every event; create and submit installation Work order and decom work orders.
 Meet the expectations of the clients and Reporting Manager

 Provide Project Monthly status report for management meeting.
 Evaluate Subordinates Performance.
