• Establish & Monitor and Update Standard Costing
• Monitor Actual Costing Vs Budget
• Review and approve purchase orders, Purchase Requisitions, invoices, and expense reports to
ensure compliance with company budget limits
• Product Pricing
• Revise And Confirm the Materials and Conversion Cost for Each Work Order
• Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures to ensure effective financial
management
• Prepare and present financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analysis to senior
management
• Coordinate with project managers and department heads to track and control project costs
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability
• Provide guidance and support to the finance team on cost control matters
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing

• Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database
• Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent and insurance)
• Collect and analyze data about a companys operational costs
• Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
• Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and distribution of inventory.
• Review all inventory transactions on SAP ERP system and match them with supporting
documents
• Match the Suppliers invoices with warehouse receiving and confirm paying the invoice

• Creating and maintaining a list of clients who owe money to the company
• Issuing invoices and billing statements to clients, and following up on these documents
• Keeping track of all payments and ensuring they are correctly applied to customer accounts
• Identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments
• Communicating with customers regarding their outstanding balances and payment deadlines
• Collaborating with the sales and customer service departments to resolve billing disputes
• Preparing reports on accounts receivable status
• Processing refunds and write-offs
