Involve in planning and execution or supervision of all on going project of the company. Estimate materials, tools, equipments, and manpower needed for the project. Conduct quality inspection at site and ensure that the execution of work is following the standard of the shipyard including safety. Make construction plans to detail the scope of work in a certain projects based on the given Job Orders of the Owner/owner's representative. Prepare project's progress billing and other attachment. Update all calculation sheets in excel and make standard format for the company use.
Inspect the fabrication and fit out to ensure that the work are executed according to technical specifications. Estimate materials needed for the Piping system of the vessel and produce a route plan of pipe lines and position of valves and fittings. Make an update progress report of the project and trace the progress if it follows the schedule.
Assist engineers in monitoring the progress of the project and conducting quality inspection of the fabrications and fit outs. . Estimate materials, tools, and equipments needed for the projects and conduct material audit of the remaining materials on site. Assist QA/QC engineer in assessing the quality of work at the shipyard.
Major in ship design, construction, engineering, and ship management.
