2. Value engineering
3. Projects Planning, Designing and shop-drawings.
4. Projects Executing (Follow up work, requests, submittals and first testing).By visiting site frequently .
5. Projects Monitoring and Controlling (Follow-up with a consultant. And control of the sub-contractor).
6. Projects Closing/ Delivery (Testing and commissioning, Created invoices and the necessary

1. Manage project schedules and budgets, and obtain permits for operations.
2. Make engineering calculations in connection with field and office assignments.
3. Investigate problems and recommend solutions.
4. Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards procedures.
5. Prepare requests for proposals and evaluate bids.
6. Estimate cash flow projections.
7. Perform highly specialized design, research, and analysis on a project-by-project basis and advise on code
compliance.

* Oversee the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
* Site development - setting out, levelling and surveying the site.
* Managing, monitor and interpret the contract design documents.
* Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
* Monitor quality control and health and safety matters at site.
