Key stakeholder for strategic value creation and
represent the company's commitment to grow project
development activities
• Hold a proven track record in effectively integrating the
skills available throughout the company by forming,
setting up and managing multi-disciplinary teams and
projects that use information systems and building
alliances with other stakeholders
• Profile entails development of successful pre-
qualification documents for consultants and
contractors, and preserving to create a registration
library to classify the various stakeholders in
accordance with class and specialization
• Instrumental in standardizing contracts, Request for
Proposals (RFPs), interim payment certificates, final
accounting, variation and auditing reports
• Identify strategic business partnerships to generate
opportunities and add value to the business and
project delivery process. Prepare development
proposals and associated financial feasibilities and
economic impact reports as the “business case” for
board approvals
• Prepared schedules and managed resources and
machines to meet production targets. Managed
inventory and project lifecycle activities to maximise
the value of the sites under development.
• Advised on most appropriate Work Breakdown
Structure and procurement strategy for the project as
well as procurement of consultants, contractors and
suppliers. Provided regular reports to the management
on status of each projects
• Audited the final accounts for wide range of
maintenance contracts. Worked closely with and
developed excellent working relationships with
Consultants
• Fully commanded the transfer of the project from the
Ministry of Transport MOTC To Omran all the way to
launching of the project in November 2016.
• Head the Development team and Operation assets of
the Port
• Appoint all needed consultants -
Topo/Geotechnical/Security (ISPS) -Branding. ( Work
was fully completed)
• Issued Tenders -Detailed Masterplan and 2
Architectural Packages Zone 1-4 and 5-6 and appoint
Driver as the Quantity Surveyor Consultant.
• Appointed Legal consultant who was preparing all the
legal framework including ITC application.
• Prepare monthly report to Omran’s management and
update on the progress for all the Development -
Finance -Legal -Procurement -Human Resources
• Identified, engaged and managed all the internal and
external stakeholders

Contracts Manager

Managed the entire lifecycle of contracts and procurement activities. Evaluated and classified the
performance an efficiency of all the contractors, consultants and suppliers
• Served as a focal point of contact between the project department and the end user to ultimately
undertake the right decisions. Developed and managed procurement plan, strategy, financial models and
risks
• Advised the approvals of engineering instructions and variation orders. Put tender strategies together
including circulars and addendums methodologies and evaluation criteria
• Instrumental in setting up project status program which enabled the management to refer or do some
follow ups relating to the status of the company’s projects

adventure and extreme sports tourism
activities, supported by accommodation
and food and beverage opportunities
Major Theme Park Zone
- The zone will be expanded upon in phases
to create a one-of-a-kind destination in the
Middle East including multiple attractions,
residential areas, hotels, retail, commercial
and public uses
