Managing the pre-marketing activities of the new Industrial Surfactants business unit (155 KMT/Year) which to be commissioned in Q3 2019.
Managing the sales and marketing of Farabi existing product (Heavy Alkyl Benzene- 10 KMT/Year).
Developing the marketing and distribution strategies, identifying the target markets and end applications, coordinating the product qualifications and registrations with major customers.
Managing the Business Planning requirement for Farabi Downstream Complex project such as:
Managing the pre-marketing activities, customers’ engagement and product development and qualifications.
Managing and overseeing all contracts related to government regulations and to supply of feedstock from major suppliers.
Planning the Quantity/Quality of Raw Materials
Reviewing the product specifications and ensure meeting customers’ needs.
Assist superior to finalize company business plan through yearly business planning cycle.
Provide the business and manufacturing performance reports on monthly and quarterly bases through Site Performance Meeting and Integrity and Reliability Meeting.
Deploy company strategies through performance management systems by identifying, measuring and reporting the company value drivers and KPI.
Monitor on daily basis the overall production planning activities and related economics such as daily production, specific consumption and shutdown days.
Manage and overseeing all contracts related to supply of all utilities and feedstock from suppliers and to customers.
Update forecasts and develop rolling plan based on production capacity
Daily monitoring of the plant and optimized operation. Ensure Capacity utilization. Contribute to meet department KPI. Analyze and solve daily plant operation issues.
Replace and support manager as when required.
Follow-up e-MOC (Management of change) and CAPEX activities. Implement PHA, Safety audit, RCA, process improvement.
Review plant-operating data on a daily & monthly basis and advise on optimization of process operations through necessary technical guidance.
Day to day troubleshooting study of eventually appeared plant problems / troubles, shutdowns etc. recommend mitigation & elimination action.
Day to day review of lab analysis and advice appropriate actions to operation team for optimization.
Evaluate equipment performance, and issue process reports with recommendations. Provided required inputs to other departments, for plant de-bottle neck study and others.
