• Configuration of new and existing network devices and troubleshoot the network issues in minimum impact time.
• Monitoring of all network devices of all Afiniti Data Centers around the world including core routers, switches wireless controllers and firewalls.
• Preparing High Level Design (HLDs) and on Microsoft Visio.
• Preparing Low Level Design (LLDs) documents and connectivity matrix.
• Coordinate with ISPs, Vendor teams in case of network link failure for early resolution and RCA.
• Coordinate with Palo Alto support and Cisco TAC Team in case of advance troubleshooting and hardware failure issues
• Using a variety of monitoring tools for monitoring performance, health and statistics of devices like PRTG, SNMP etc.
• Creates PRTG graphs to get the real time and historic network statistics.
• Involves in daily troubleshooting of LAN and departmental issues for limited internet access or connectivity.
Perform troubleshooting for different types of network services which includes:
Fiber (GPON), DSL, Satellite and Radio links.
•Provide technical support on calls and emails to solve the domain, network, outlook configuration issues.
•Responsible to give first end support to the clients in case of any issue related to our services and had to troubleshoot the devices and network links in the client premises as well if needed.
•Implement different network scenarios of various client’s projects on routers and switches designated for testing and had also performed testing on GNS3 emulator and packet tracer simulator as well.
•Responsible to work with TAC-level 2 and Levl-3 (NOC) team in investigating any issue and seek advice from them in many cases and scenarios.
