- Working as a Product Manager as well as Marketing of Home Finance.
- Bridging between Operations and Branches for Home loan Disbursements, Partial Adjustments, Settlements and customers Queries.
-Marketing of Corporate deals with Corporate Customers. (Home Loan, P/L, School Banking)
-Schedule meetings with clients on regular intervals.
-Visit Branches on regular basis to generate new leads referred from the branches.
-Main focusing products are Mortgages especially Pak Army Housing.
-Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
-Collaborate with Pan Pakistan team around for(sales, marketing, roadshows, product)
-Month End Business Reporting to HOD.
-Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders ( PBA approved valuators, Insurance firms, Corporate clients etc)
Daily reporting of financial and Operational transaction to HOD
*Reconciling the Financial transaction daily
•Supervising the Nadra Verifications of Omni balance transfer
•Evaluating the Credit History by Data Check and Ecib *Authorising and Disbursing the Commission to Omni Dukandars at every month end
Exposure of different Markets Stocks, Commodities, Forex Trading.
*Analytical writing skills with complete technical analysis
*Submission of reports to clients and cold calling for new opportunities.
*Guiding the support levels to brokers to encourage Trades.
*Critical decisions on risk hedging of Clients to avoid losses.
