Operation and Maintenance Engineer at alharjah General hospital

My duties:
1. Controlling the generating units (Turbines).
2. Controlling the frequency of the grid.
3. Increasing and decreasing of the voltage in the grid.
4. Monitoring all turbine auxiliaries.
5. Monitoring all sensors in the turbine.
6. Walk around to check if there is abnormal situation.
7. Corrective Maintenance through COSWIN7i
Software (Maintenance management system).
8.Preventive and predictive and proactive
maintenance.
9.Pumps alignment with SKF laser alignment tools
(TSKA80).
10.Vibration with TRIO CX7 Analyzer (Data base setup, Datacollection, Monitoring.Troubleshooting
& Vibration data Analysis.
- Low and high pressure compressed air systems
Maintenance .
11. HVAC systems and Chillers Maintenance .
12.Hydraulic oil and Pump stations Maintenance .
13.Hydro turbine equipment Maintenance.
1. Planing for new projects.
2. Maintenance of oil stations.
3. Supervising of new stations construction
