1) Preparing Quantity Take Off, Bill of Quantities, rate analysis, cost estimation for project, compiling data that influence the cost.
2) Reviewing tender terms of conditions of contracts to identify and mitigating commercial risk of the contract by assessing obligations and liabilities.
3) Working on contract administration for the ongoing project that includes directing Project Manager with contractual advice and contractual support for project issues and identifying risks
4) Verifying claims from the contract agreement and legal perspective study and defend the claims made by contractors/subcontractors in coordination with the Project Managers
5) Carrying out the activities of issuing relevant purchase orders, payment certificates, contract documents to vendors and subcontractors
6) Design coordination and value engineering.
7) Providing timely inputs regarding Cash flow and Cost to complete the project
8) Supporting the project during the contract changes/claims process providing the cost impact analysis, and keep an update on cost/revenues forecast.
1) Review of payment application submitted by a main contractor along all required supporting documents
2) Review of proposed variation orders and granting its approval
3) Preparation of cash flow, financial statement and tracking the project from all financial aspects
4) Preparation Cost estimation & Contract Analysis
5) Preparation of Bill of Quantities in different formats such as CESMM3, NRM & POMI
6) Abstraction of quantities by CostX
7) Drafting complete contracts as per FIDIC form of Contract for high-rise buildings and luxury villas.
8) Tender analysis & reply to all types of addendum that are related to quantity surveying and contract management
9) Reviewing and tracking all types of bonds and securities including insurances coverage’s
10) Reviewing and approving all kind of quotations and their comparison sheets.
11) Ensuring the client’s representative that the project is on track & all financial aspects of the project is as per schedule.
12) Commercial control of project budget
13) Obtaining and reviewing quotations for subcontractors, materials and preparing price comparison schedule
14) Establishing procedures for implementation, control, monitoring and payments of subcontractors as well as measuring all work carried out under the contract.
15) Implementation of variation procedures in line with contract requirement ensuring that all is accurately estimated authorized and processed with relevant supporting document.
