* Implementation and management of the software applications and hardware infrastructure that support operations.
* Purchase all the company-required items as per the purchase policy.
* Complete Installation and up-gradation of Windows-10, 11 and Other Microsoft Products.
* Manage User creation, Mail ID creation, deletion, Group Policy/User Policy in O365 E-Mail Solution.
* Configuring, Maintaining, and Troubleshooting Email Accounts (Successful in resolving mail problems) in Outlook.
* Implementation of ERP modules at the plant level, coordination with Users & ERP team & ensure accuracy of data transition
and reports in ERP.
* Installation, Configuring, and troubleshooting of peripherals e.g. Network, Printer, Desktop, Laptop, Switches, Firewall, ADSL Modem,
Webcam, etc.
* Installation, Configuring, and troubleshooting of Network related issues in the Firewall (FortiGate 50E & 30E) and Routing/
Switching.
* Installation of Application software like MS Office/Anti-Virus/Acrobat/WinZip/Safe boot/ File Secure/Web Security Applications etc.
* Installation, configuration, planning, and maintenance of Firewall FortiGate 50E and 30E.
* Server Handling e.g. File server, Cloud Server, AD Server, CCTV Server, O365 E-mail Solution, Database server, VM Server.
* Installation, configuration, planning, and maintenance of the CCTV Camera for BMC (Bulk Milk Cooler) and HO location through
Application.
* Daily Back up of Application Server, SQL Server, and User through Iperius backup application.
* Handing data entry and MIS data in SAP ERP Applications.
* Vendor coordination and follow-up to resolve issues, Drive and meet SLA metrics
Police - Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and System (CCTNS)
High-level maintenance and support for more than 150 Computers / Laptops over LAN.
* Maintain all documents and Inventory (Laptop, Desktop & Printers).
* Complete Installation and up-gradation of Windows XP and Other Microsoft Products. Configuring, Maintaining, and troubleshooting of
Email Accounts (Successful in resolving mail problems like MS outlook & Outlook Express and Lotus Notes & Thunderbird.)
