* Went to Ain and Zein hospital in Chouf for 2 weeks to provide medical nutrition therapy at a long term setting, with constant follow ups on patients with chronic terminally ill diseases and learnt more about nutrition in Geriatrics context.
Observed nutritional assessment and screening of hospital patients.
* Observed the formulation and administration of individual nutritional diets and
recommendations to patients according to their diseases (such as diabetes, dyslipidemia,
hypertension, renal failure, and obesity).
* Observed the determination of composition of enteral feeding formulas designed for special cases.
* Observed the central kitchen tray line, food preparation areas in the central kitchen.
Monitored quality control procedures to guarantee the preparation and delivery of healthy
menu choices.
* Monitored the work of employees in terms of maintenance of the quality of work, cooked,
portioned, dispatched, and stored in the fridge before delivery.
* Evaluated the conditions in the diet shops and note down if they meet quality control specification
