Support all Saudi Aramco & Joint Ventures operating facilities throughout the kingdom though tackling challenges, failures, debottlenecking etc.

Support all Saudi Aramco & Joint Ventures capital projects though review of the design and insuring that contractors comply with Saudi Aramco Standards & Specifications.

Develop & Maintain Saudi Aramco standards & specifications.

Conduct plant assessments/audits to approve vendors and maintain Saudi Aramco Regulated Vendors List (RVL).

Assess in frequent basis the department commitment to Operational Excellence which is a program launched by corporate,

Maintain & conduct gap analysis for the department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Create yearly Static Equipment Division business plan.

Create yearly Static Equipment Division Manpower plan.
