Child protection assistant
Manage, plan, and oversee delivery of all psychosocial support activities, including skills-building and recreational activities, ensuring psychosocial outcomes are prioritized
•Lead and facilitate regular emotional support group sessions for parents and children at risk for gender-based violence
•Assess needs of women and girls in a community by participating in safety assessment and work closely with outreach team to develop timely response strategies
•Organize, manage, and supervise activities in collaboration with protection specialist
•Collect accurate and confidential data at field level
•Establish a good collaboration on field with other actors involved in humanitarian assistance
•Provide efficient management support to the project manager and field coordinator

Academic Projects •MBA thesis titled “The Impacts of Motivation on Retaining Employees in the Nonprofit sector”, in which a critical analysis was done based on questionnaires and interviews that were conducted on two organizations from the nonprofit sector, UNICEF and Al-Mabarrat Organization. •Case study project titled "Corporate Social Responsibility at BLOM BANK", that was an in-depth study about the Corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives at the bank and its effects on both the society and the overall performance of the bank.
