Responsibilities
Respond to all reasonable social media interactions with all project social platforms and moderate
comments ( Facebook and Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Website, Google Maps Reviews
and others) .
Regulate and moderate conversation threads using established guidelines and Q&A's given by the
clients.
Monitor and respond to any reasonable direct messages sent to all the social platforms.
Monitor all social media mentions for Twitter and Facebook through Visible Intelligence and respond
accordingly.
Respond to customer inquires with knowledgeable, well thought out, and proofread answers.Respond

Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
