• Managed Engineering Work Order Jobs (EWO) for Saudi Aramco and working on different kind of Aramco’s projects like new buildings, road works and fire protection system upgrade and utilities.
• Worked on Large Scale Projects as Project Engineer in Infrastructure Department, examples:
➢ Expand Treated Sewage Effluent Network in Saudi Aramco’s Dhahran Community for irrigation purposes. ➢ ARAMCO Home Ownership Project - Abqaiq
➢ ARAMCO Zuluf Industrial Support Facilities (ISF) Pkg-3 Project
➢ AGOC Home Ownership Project - Khafji
Responsibilities: Led engineering team comprised of 13 members, Responsible for managing the Project Design Request (PDRs), reviewing the BDSP, Project Proposal, Detail Design Engineering, Construction Support, Design Coordination with the client, managing the budgets on weekly basis, preparing case studies for expansions, negotiating contracts with the client.
• Managed 37 major to minor projects from start to finish, example of some major projects:
Mujamma Offices Renovation, LIP Buildings Exterior Façade, and Main Admin - Executive Lounge tasks include: site survey, proposals meeting with clients, layout planning, materials procurement and supplying management, reviewing shop drawings, and reporting project management weekly progress, working on Material selection and supplying, BOQ, vendors communication, reviewing shop drawings, supervision the civil work on site.
• Introduced and managed Employee Engagement Program including weekly activates within the department; increasing positive perception of work and team environment.
• Collaborated with other teams in different departments and developed RACI Matrix planning strategy to insure teams communication and workflow.
•. Organized Furniture Vendors Exhibition: Graphic identity, way-finding, and crowd management.
• Conducted daily CRM requests through SAP system products from major to minor tasks.
Involved in organizing and putting together 4 high profile events and conferences.
• Supervised Marketing and Communication plans for 6 months and landed two tenants to sign.
• Representing the Company’s Spokesperson in various VIP meetings and conferences.
• Managed four Office Interior Design projects from start to finish as per the tenants required. shop drawings, budget, dealing with contractors and suppliers, site supervision, materials selection and furniture.
• Managing the online presence for the tower and publicizing campaigns via social media sites.
• Facilities supervision includes interior spaces catering services, and maintenance, evacuation plans
and safety assurance, anti hazard materials and safety signage.
