Key Deliverables-

Working on Traiana, MUREX and Kinetix tool to check and resolve any trades breaking on T+0 basis.
Communicating with MO team, PB and the Counterparty in case of any queries.
Research on the flow of the trades and identifying the issue, if any.
Checking recap and knowing about the products and the way the work on the market.
Processing and clean up of all Breaks / Resolving errors/reporting as per market deadline/priority guidelines
Accurate reporting and detailed recording of all trade breaks/escalations/errors.
Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to make the process more efficient to maximize the client satisfaction.
Maintaining and updating process specific documents

My job is to get trained on reports by clients and deliver the same with 100% quality and other SLA.
Processed data load requests, manually entered data, reconciled data conflicts, and created data extracts and reports.
Imported and exported data from text files, saved queries, or databases; used automatic outlining, inserted subtotals, created advanced filters, and used database functions.
Created pivot tables and charts using worksheet data and external resources, modified pivot tables, sorted items and group data, and refreshed and formatted pivot tables.
Manage spreadsheets and maintain data currency to ensure accurate data availability for managers and decision-makers
Develop and implemented standard operating procedures to bridge data gaps and resolve related issues
Research, update, and validate data underlying spreadsheet production; strategically fill gaps.
