Maintenance of employee files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the contract administration for new hires.
Manage medical checks and PCC (Police Criminal Check).
Making a yearly report and plan for the company’s hiring needs.
Writing the recruitment process report for the Preparing Pre-employment files (assist in interviews, job offer)
Onboard recruiting process (doing the contract)
Assist in applying the policies and saving the rights.
Manage contract administration for new hires and ensure proper employee on-boarding (i.e. medical formalities, PCC, logistics, informing relevant parties etc.).
Issue the relevant employee memos, which may include promotions, salary increments, termination, disciplinary letters etc.
Issue staff reference letters, experience letter, salary certificate, parking cards based on their requests in a timely fashion and according to Administer the staff medical insurance procedures.
Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
Assess contractor CVs for the skills required for contractors based on the skill set required from the Division.
Facilitation in the end-to-end administration of Performance Appraisal process.
Preparing case studies for candidates and coming up with feasible proposals for salary offers.
Conduct Staff exit interviews and analysis as required.
Documentation of procedures and activities carried out in the HR Department.

• Organizing "Farha" Event (a yearly event held by the ministry) .
