Manage incident investigation findings, safety alerts, and action close out in tracking system. Promote emergency response
training to verify fire protection system suitability compliant and conform standard FPA Codes. Implement and co-ordinate
QHSE procedures onsite. Execute and follow OSHAD QHSE policies.

● Ensured achievement of compliance through supervision of HSE project HSE plan performance review, including
objectives and targets.
● Performed internal audit in line with OHSA 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance for enabling CAPA communicated and
follow up closed actions.
Facilitated site team with development of Risk assessment, PTW system implementation, and method statement reviews prior
submission to client. Conducted weekly critical equipment emergency firefighting, scaffolding access, egress condition, and
lifting equipment’s ensured tested and certified.

● Designed and provided internal training regarding emergency response, chemical handling, and behaviour-based
safety observation.
Devised and led execution of QHSE policies, standard procedures, and recommended updates. Delivered support to QHSE
Manager in organisation of safety events, safety meetings, and annually company Performance report. Executed work Site
Hazard control and communicated results to all functions. Administered plan equipment inspection and monitored lifting
equipment inspection certification, including emergency and critical equipment. Provided monthly analysis feedback by
conducting internal training and motivating personnel at site in behaviour-based safety programme and EHTIMAM.

● Oversaw internal and external auditing based on ISO 9001: 2015 & 4500; follow up actions reporting and tracking.
● Delivered feedback on environment report (EIA), waste management for mitigating waste generation, and waste
segregation system compliance.
● Served as HSE Specialist in Petrogas company; awarded 3M man-hours and 2.5M KM driven without lost time injury
in PDO contract.
● Achieved OPAL Safety award certificate for effective contribution in developing HSE documents in road safety and
camp accommodation standards intends to serve company licensed in oil and gas client.
