Drafted surveys, reports, projects and presentations for clients.
•Connecting with various clients on proposals writing, projects proposals and closing deals fast.

•Handling goods returns (GRNs).
•Raising and tracking of purchase orders.

•Exceeded issue-resolution targets and achieved exemplary customer satisfaction scores, consistently scoring between 95% and 100% on stock issues (outperforming average of 90%).
•Handled stocks appropriately and I consistently met high service standards to other departments.
