Chemical & physical analysis of product & raw materials, optimization of mix design and raw material, maintain all Quality parameters and documentation, have to make a daily report, related report and send the report to the appropriate person with documentation. Minimize instrument failures by planning instrument calibration, preventive maintenance schedules effectively to bring about a higher degree of the confidence level of quality control tests in the laboratory. Have to maintain quality parameters related to water treatment and control of the water treatment process according to as per policy. Maintain the highest level of health and Safety (H&S) standard. Have to solve the problem in a critical moment. Have to keep liaison with BSTI, BUET, and Department of Environment. Have to attend customer complain, minimizes the consequences & contributes to the management of product-related customers’ claims. Routinely make In-plant presentation related to competitor analysis as a quality parameter and technical support to the sales team — implementation of 5s.
