From 2002 I have been self-employed. These 15 years gave me a lot of experience in sales, leading people, serving customers and dealing with suppliers. This wide range of knowledge and experiences I like to bring with me into my next adventure.
In my years as business owner I was working together with my employees in the stores. This way I kept a good feeling with my customers and the daily activities in my stores. For me it was important to give my work mentality as an example for my employees. Giving the right example, train and coach the employee to serve the costumer best is what I enjoyed doing for many years.
Being a business owner I know the importance of responsible and hard working employees. This mentality is something that I will bring into the company I’m going to work for.
Doing different tasks during the day and adapting to new situations, solving problems and working under pressure is something I did daily for the last 15 years.
I’m willing to work during hours that are best fit for the customers. Weekends, mornings, evenings, nights, whatever is needed to satisfy the customers.
