• Preparing and checking the structural design for all projects (considering the minimum cost, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability) & determining the specifications (International Codes and Standards, materials, loads)
• Preparing the structural system of the building according to the architectural design
• Preparing the structural analysis, and design calculations
• Review the structural drawings done by the draftmans
• Coordinate with the other engineers in the team ( Architectural & MEP) about the Projects progress
• Submit and Discuss the projects with the concerned Authorities such as Dubai Municipality & Tecom
• Review the RFI Package from the Contractors & subcontractors and prepare the response
• Follow up the construction on site.

• 2 Buildings : 2B+G+8+R in Meydan District 7, Dubai

• 1 Building : G+6+R in Meydan District 7, Dubai
• 8 Buildings : 2B+G+9+R in Meydan 1, Dubai
• 2 Buildings : B+G+8+R in Studio City, Dubai
• preparing and checking the structural design for all projects (considering the minimum cost, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability) & determining the specifications (International Codes and Standards, materials, loads)
• preparing the shop drawings (structural drawings), structural analysis, and design calculations for all project elements (Foundations, Columns, Beams, Slabs, & all other needed details)
• Preparing tender documents and specifications; and BOQ’s including quantity surveys
• Coordinate with other engineers in the team ( Architectural & MEP) about the Projects progress
• Following up with main and subcontractors regarding project progress, including the preparation of required details and documents
• Liaising with local contractors
• Reviewing subcontractors' drawings
• Giving appropriate solution for the complex site problems
• Project coordination and interaction with clients
• Some of Projects which I designed and got approval from concerned authorities such as Dubai Municipality:
• Tower 3B+G+M+18+R in Addis Ababa.
• 6 Nurseries with ministry of publick works in Sharjah.
• Health Club: G+M+2 in Dubai.
• Villas: about 12 Villas in Dubai & Sharjah.
• Preparing the Structural design for residential villas (Including shop drawings and design calculations)
• Playing a leading role with a team of structural engineers in designing and checking structures for seismic resistance like (residential villas & Malls in Kuwait by coordination with Roma for construction and decoration Company in Kuwait, University of 15 blocks & Tennis Court in Syria)
• In charge of finding structural solutions for complicated and critical architectural designs
• In charge of Economic feasibility studies in coordination with a team of engineers and economists
• Detailed calculation of Internal Rate of Return, Net Present Value & Payback Period
• Playing a leading role with a team of structural engineers in designing and checking structures for seismic resistance like (residential villas in Lebanon, Compound, Towers, & Schools in Syria)
