I was working as Students Senior Supervisor at American University of Sharjah from 2001/2018. Bellow is description of my role:

• Handling office requirement planning / reporting, office documentation, writing all routine executive office internal and external correspondences.
• Monitoring students’ attendance / leave records, submitting daily and weekly reports clarifying all absentees’ students to the Judicial Affairs Department to take the proper action for the benefit of student and the reputation of the institution.
• Implementing and applying the organization rules, regulations, reporting student misbehavior issues to the competent department, and/or referring students to students’ counselor accordingly for advice and guidance.
• Welcoming the incoming study abroad students and providing them with general needs with special care and interest.
• Mentoring and discussing with students the role of discipline in creating a safe learning environment to ensure the highest level of positive conduct.
• Coordinating with the other departments in close and direct relationship with Students Affairs Department, like Student Activities, Judicial Affairs and Operation department to improve and develop the services provided to students.
• Conducting tours in the institution to freshmen students, parents and visitors to know the effectiveness of the services provided to students to activate the atmosphere of trust between the institution and local society.
• Planning and organizing activities / events on and off campus for residents students like orientation, ceremonies parties and external events support.
• Overseeing safety and security of residents students, carrying out fire drill, and
evacuated plans in coordination with safety and security office.
