Gholamreza is working as a senior civil/structural engineer of PC main contractor (PIDMCO Co.) on Flare gas recovery & ammonium sulphate construction plant (which will be constructed in Nouri petrochemical complex in Assaluyeh, Iran).
His main responsibilities as follows:
-Preparing sub-civil contractors tender documents. (Short list, Bid evaluation, advice for selection &…)
-Preparing steel structure contractor’s tender documents. (Short list, Bid evaluation, advice for selection &…)
-Site/Shop Coordination and technical expediting for all civil related vendors.
-Follow-up and reviewing mentioned vendors delay reports & FDB & Claims.
-Taking part in KOM & PIM & Technical meeting. (Site & Main office)
-Follow up on technical issues and expedite the preparation of contracts for the manufacture and supply of materials
-Checking site reports/problems (e.g:TQ, …)
-Coordinating and expediting for action about all letters/MOMs against all project’s responsible parties.
-Preparing financial monthly documents for sending to owner.
-Contract review and follow up for contractual/financial claims. (e.g:OME, ..)
-He helped to preparation of certificate of the construction process for this project
Gholamreza was involved as a senior civil/structural engineer in Dehloran petrochemical project (for MC role). He was responsible for review and checking all civil/structural/architectural documents, which have been prepared by all contractors/sub-vendors about two years. His main responsibilities was follows:
-Provide technical advice to the owner & reviewing site technical requests and main EPC contractor and related sub-contractors.
-Review technical documents, 3D-Model, technical reports and (Civil, Architectural &Structural) drawings implemented by Design Consulting Companies (OIEC, EIED, OEID, HEDCO, TIS, Bina, Nargan, Falcon, Baroboon &…)
-Checking received TQ from site, Checking contractors' "change order request"
-Participating in coordination meetings with contractors of polyolefin units, Saba Dehlran power plant and following up on engineering problems about interfaces
Gholamreza was involved as a senior civil/structural engineer in Ilam petrochemical complex project in Olefin, SRU & SRP/SSU Projects (for MC role). He was responsible for review and checking all civil/structural/architectural documents, which have been prepared by all contractors/sub-vendors about six years. His main responsibilities was follows:
-Provide technical advice to the owner, project management and contractors
-Supervision, Control & Review of Procedure of E, P&C (Civil Contractors, Geotechnical Consultant)
-Review technical documents and drawings (Civil, Architectural &Structural) implemented by Design Consulting Companies (Nargan, EIED &Norahan Co.).
-Arranging of Some Meetings & taking part: KOM, PIM, Engineering, Technical & etc.
-Preparation the Civil Department of EPC Tender Document for SRU Project
-Site Coordination and technical expediting for some vendors in grating, platform for storage tanks & steel structures
-Technical review of Order of Magnitude Estimation OME#0001~0035 for EIED Co. SRU EPC contractor.
-Follow up on technical issues and expedite the preparation of contracts for the manufacture and supply of materials
-Providing the risk management report for Ilam petrochemical projects
-Follow-up and reviewing vendors delay reports & FDB.
Gholamreza was the senior civil/structural engineer in Ilam petrochemical complex project in SRU Project (for MC role)., responsible for review and checking all civil/structural/architectural documents and expediting & coordination for other responsibilities as follows:
-Provide technical advice to the employer, project management and contractors
-Preparation of Project Engineering Procedure
-Supervision, Control & Review of Procedure of E, P&C (Civil Works, Erection, Geotechnical)
-Review & Control of E&EPC Contractors Invoices
-Ensuring the quality of services provided by contractors
-Determination of Olefin Unit’s Flare & SRU Location in Ilam petrochemical complex
-Preparation of tender documents and cooperation in holding the tender for excavation operations in SRU Site
-Management & Review of Tender Document for Civil Works & Finalization with Some Meetings
-Control of Pre-Contract of Geotechnical Tender of SRU Site
-Review technical documents and drawings (Civil, Architectural &Structural) implemented by EIED, Nargan & Daryapalaenergy Co.
-Holding of Some Meetings & taking part: KOM, PIM, Engineering, Technical & …. Others
-Preparation of CBE, TBE and tender document for civil department of SRU Project
-Preparation of Rough grading drawing for Hold Up Tanks Location
--Follow up on technical issues and expedite the preparation of contracts for the manufacture and supply of materials
-Site Coordination & expediting regarding New H2 Plant 01.
Gholamreza was the senior civil engineer responsible for design various type of civil works (plot plan, site grading& mobilization & open store, unloading bay pavement, fencing, roads, surface drainage collection system, clean drainage collection system, UG documents(oily/chemical/sewage collection systems), (route electrical cable/pipe)trench, piping sleepers, retaining wall, evaporation pond, irrigation system water reservoir, fuel oil storage tank’s foundation&…in some international refinery/C.C.P.P./G.T.P.P./thermal power plant projects.(Najaf-Haydaria G.P.P. in Iraq, Tishreen & Jandar C.C.P.P. in Syria)
Also he was responsible for review and check all UG civil documents (foundations, trenches, …) In some power plants and solving all clashes between involved disciplines with arranging technical meeting.(e.g:Jahrom C.C.P.P.)
He was also responsible for design and preparation of Consultancy Services for Small and Medium Hydro-Power Plant & Site Assessment Finding Report, Technical Specification for civil Works, Schedule Price for Remain Civil Works for Dadinkowa Dam in Nigeria country.
Gholamreza was a project manager’s advisor in Shirkohe (Yazd) Combined cycle power plant project and his responsibility was review & checking all UG civil documents/drawings related to (piping/electrical/structural disciplines) and solving all drawing’s clashes during a part time contract.
Gholamreza was a structural engineer for design foundation for Tower's BIBI Hakimeh 1 & 2 Power Transmission Line Project during a part time contract.
The Moshanir Consultants’ Engineers Company was joint venture with Nippon Koei Consulting Engineers (Japan) and Lahmeyer International Consulting Engineers (Germany) for constructing Godar-e-Landar (Masjed-e-Soleiman) dam & hydro electrical power plant (1000MW) in Khuzestan province in Iran. Gholamreza helped to Japanese & Iranian engineers for design some technical documents for two years also he prepared some following documents:(Design of A.O.D.M. station and data logger station, Stability Analysis of stilling basin high & short box walls & Stability Analysis of power outlet box walls in M-e-S H.E.P.P.)
Also Gholamreza worked in extension part of Masjed-e-Soleiman’s hydro electrical power plant (2*1000MW) for two year with Lahmeyer International Consulting Engineers (Germany) & Iranian engineers in design branch. He also was office engineer which has been certified by the Client (I.W.P.C. Co), and he also checked monthly status of financial claims and adjustments of main contractor.(Hara Institute Co.)
Gholamreza worked as a structural designer in concrete dams & structural Branch. He designed some small buildings & bridge about one year.
He worked as an engineer in Contractual affairs. He helped to preparing of tender documents & BID evaluation for some projects. (e.g. He prepared tender document for access road to Shahid abbaspour (Karun-I) dam Powerhouse No.2 Project & Moghan H.E.P.P.). In addition, he was ISO-representative in extension of M-e-S H.E.P.P.He worked in feasibility study in Dezful H.E.P.P. Project & Karun V dam Project.Gholamreza was civil supervisor resident in constructing site office in Manjil wind plant project. Twenty-three number of Wind 660 KV Turbine had been installed in Manjil wind farm station in 2005.
Gholamreza was the project coordinator/expeditor in some projects in following time of work in Moshanir as follows:(Moghan and Kohrang hydro-power plant projects, extension of new oil 32000 m3 Tanks Project construction of several sites (Damavand, Montazer Ghaem, Shahid Rajaee & Neka C.C.P.P.), research project for strengthening and control of Tehran gas network against earthquake & 90000 m3 underground concrete oil tank project in Shahid Montazeri Esfahan power plant.
Gholamreza was the principal investigator of a research contract with the Ministry of Energy of Iran. The project was about three-dimensional numerical analysis with Ansys program for dam, rock abutments & reservoir water about "Non-linear Dynamic Analysis of Large Concrete Arch Dams under Severe Earthquake Loads in Iran." The client was Water Resources management Co. (WRMC).
