• Greeting and assisting clients and visitors.
• Responsible for supervising the work area clean and tidy.
• Responsible for receiving phone calls and receiving messages from clients in WhatsApp and Email and CRM. Recording information received from clients to the database and forwarding to the agents.
• Responsible for incoming or outbound mail or correspondences for the work unit area. Opens or reviews correspondence and determines proper disposition.
• Responsible managing the filing and data system, including information updates, clients and generates reports or outputs as needed.
• Responsible for updating paperwork, editing, maintaining documents and word processing.
• Responsible for making Leasing Contract & Letters for the Client.
• Responsible for processing or drafting of application forms Checks, Accounts Receivables and Payables to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains department supplies. Track status, orders, purchases, and maintains or distributes supplies as needed.
• Responsible for organizing and takes minutes at meeting, and supports other department activities and functions. Schedules or obtains use rooms and sets up rooms and equipment for use.
• Responsible for posting property finder or another online platform required. This including photo resizing or editing, title description.

Responsible in preparation of payroll for the other benefits for the teaching and non- personnel.
Ensure the papers of the contractors are liquidated and paid on time.
