Member of the McCann Health Global Leadership Team and leading the Asia Pacific region with a team of 600 professionals across 12 offices in Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, Philippines, India and Australia. Responsible for achieving the financial goals of the region.

During my tenure I focused on evolving the Business Model; driving Integration across disciplines; building a Talent Strategy; embedding Systems & Processes; targeted New Business Development; uplifting Digital Competence; boosting Strategic & Creative Recognition; and building and marketing the McCann Health Brand and reputation through thought leadership and achieving strategic & creative recognition in industry forums.

Accolades include an impressive collection of creative and strategic awards across all major global and regional award shows, including China's first Cannes Health Gold Lion in 2016, making McCann Health consistently the most awarded Health & Wellness agency in APAC. I also led the APAC team to win the coveted Campaign Specialist Agency of the Year Award multiple times.

I created a new operating model for McCann Health Asia Pacific by divesting the smaller operations of Australia and Singapore to create an affiliate model - a first for McCann Health.
