AFTER SALES TECHNICAL MANAGER, RAN TEAM LEADER
• Received and reviewed project related Information Transfer Report from Presales department (including the contract with attachments, presales plan, contract configuration, and technical customer requirements).
• Assisted solution team in completing the HLD plan, and organized review and counter-sign of the HLD technical plan.
• Converted the presales HLD technical plan into a DLD engineering technical plan that is executable by aftersales engineers, guided the customer to eliminate or circumvent risks.
• Made technical and engineering delivery plan by referring to the main project milestones, and divided them to each sub-team to implement.
• Made good contribution to improving organizational structure & responsibilities of Kazakhstan After Sales Technical Team.

RADIO ACCESS NETWORK TEAM LEADER
• Took the role of liaison between the frontline Sales group and the product technical support group in HQ;
• Conducted periodical trainings to transfer of technical knowledge to the engineers.
• Wrote company-wide technical notes on different troubleshooting cases of Radio Access Network.
• Researched and analyzed logs, signaling traces in order to find network problem causes and made recommendations.
• Have developed the procedure that greatly improved task monitoring and load balancing between engineers.
• Well-coordinated work of the team helped to increase the number of works carried out by local engineers from 30 to 90%.
• Have commissioned ZTE's Self Optimization Network server (NetMAX & NDS), integrated it with ZTE EMS, BSC, and RNC. By using this SON server helped to customer perform GSM AFP several times.
• Managed and successfully finished SW/HW upgrades, migration and expansion works of ZTE RAN. Signed over 10 FAC.
BSC/RNC ENGINEER
• Have completed integration, commissioning, debugging, cutover and acceptance works for over 1000 GSM/UMTS/LTE ZTE base stations, over 15 ZTE BSC and RNC, network management systems, including ZTE EMS, OMM.
• Have completed system SW upgrades for over 25 ZTE BSC&RNC, ZTE EMS, over 2000 GSM/UMTS/LTE ZTE base stations.
• Conducted trainings to transfer of technical skills to the engineers, outsourced workers, and customers.
• To improve customers knowledge of ZTE BSS/RNS configuration completed 3-month babysitting.
• Received praise from management for my reliability and consistent ability to complete jobs on time and professionally.
SITE ENGINEER
• Got site acceptance for over 500 sites and successfully implemented Ericsson to ZTE cutover on over 200 sites.
• Planned and managed on-site telecom equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance. Equipment including GUL Base stations, transmission/MW equipment, power equipment.
• Performed site survey on the site, coordinated civil works construction.
• To ensure subcontractors strictly follow design documents performed day-to-day management on the site, including supervising the site labor force, quality control, materials management.
• Did testing, debugging, integration of HYPERCOM retail POS terminals, integrated ATM monitoring servers.
• Planned and deployed POS networks in different technologies (including IP, x.25, GSM)
• Successfully integrated and got FAC of HYPERCOM POS terminals (together with network equipment) in Sberbank of Kazakhstan - including training, testing, and babysitting.
• Successfully finished trial projects for HYPERCOM's POS equipment in ATF bank, Nurbank, and Eurasian bank.
• Have completed installation, debugging and integration for over 50 ADSL2+ CPEs for Kazakhtelecome subscribers
