-Implement and execute risk & change management process (R&CMP) in projects;
-Drive the R&CMP based on a proactive (hands-on) approach by coordinating project teams through the identification, analysis, evaluation and contingency planning of risks and changes to the scope of work;

-Support project teams/workshop staff: ensure daily activities compliance, analysis of work practices efficiency, streamline work processes, standardize best practices, define/monitor control metrics, spec clarification towards inspectors & buyers, prepare/coordinate deviations from spec.
-Responsible for review/approve maintenance record books (Surface/Subsea Whellhead tools), NCs handling.
-Responsible for suppliers’ documentation approval, handling NC with suppliers/project teams.
-Responsible for approve GE and suppliers’ inspection and test plan.
-Testing witness both in-house & suppliers to ensure compliance with GE specifications/find improvement opportunities. Assist inspectors with parts’ inspections.
-Hands-on audits: assess compliance status with GE’s Quality Management System (QMS).
-Training material developer/staff training to better support improvement initiatives.
-Management team support with lean & 6Sigma initiatives/QMS sustainability/procedures & work
instructions review.
-Pioneer in process/SWOC analysis with direct feedback to top management as an input to streamline business unit processes.
-Assist line manager to prepare reports/ presentations to senior management.
-Active support to line manager with QMS development/maintenance.
-Line manager support with performance metrics’ management/report.
-Extensive support to project teams with evaluation/approval process of project quality plans, inspection test plans, procedures, work instructions.
