• Performing routine software backups, checking controller health, 150+ sensors calibrated during the routine
checkup, and updating system firmware. Managing 150+ BMS controllers for each site.

 Performed installation, testing, and commissioning of 1000+ BMS servers, 40+ DDC controllers for each site, panels, and 5000+ field devices.
 Checked and verified BMS alarms, trends, schedules, and graphics to ensure accurate system operation in a daily manner.
 Monitored and maintained HVAC systems including 50+ AHUs, 250+ FCUs, ventilation fans, 10 Chiller systems and plant equipment.
 Monitored construction progress and identified areas for 100% commissioning readiness. Coordination with HVAC, MEP teams.
 Executed point-to-point (PTP) testing, loop checks, and 10000+ I/O verification points for field instruments and control panels.
 Performed Tab configuration and testing for 500+ Fan Coil Units of all the underground stations. (10 stations)
