I've started my carier in this company as shift operation supervisor, in the 2nd year I've been promoted to the operation Superintendent position
in charge for operation shift crew ( total off 36 person, shift supervisors, lead operators, shift spicalist, control room operators & the field oprators),
control the daily operation activities of air separations plan (ASU)
communicate with customers
keep the plant in high safety performance
representing operation department with other company disciplines inorder to ensure the safe and stable plant operation
operation supervision of the utilities stations ( water, gas and fuel ) in steel plant, in charge for operation team, communication and planning with other displinens for daily production activities
furnace shift supervisor in TiO2 smelter plant, responsible to control the daily production targets lead the team to safe operation & day to day activities.
senior pump station operator SWCC pipe lines, working in 5he main dispatch center in charge for the daily operation activities of the pump station, since I have started my carier as joiner utilities operator I used to operate the following systems:
- Potable water treatment plant ( with all related chamical tratment process)
- Demin water plant operation (mixed beds)
- Fire water system operation
- fuel system operation both light and heavy taypes
- Cooling water systems operation closed / open systems.
- Compressed air system operation sevice / instrument
- Sea water facilities operation with related chamical tratment process.
