• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and
other hiring and selection materials.
• First point of contact for employees on HR transactional queries regarding
policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters, and respond accordingly. • Assists the Head of HR in day-to-day operations.
• Handle the employee lifecycle HR operations such as onboarding and
off-boarding processes.
• Support and coordinate employee engagement and social activities to
promote and nurture a positive and open working environment.
• Maintain Manpower database and insure it is accurate and up to date.
