• Guarantees strict awareness of and abidance to general guidelines, Child Protection (CP) Policy and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Policy.
• Collaborates with relevant departments (Protection, People with Disabilities, Education, etc.) to direct Compliance issues and complaints to relevant bodies for investigation and resolution.
• Reports on lessons learned, best practices, possible ways ahead for improvement of overall accountability and compliance of the mission.
• Supervise and Manage Hotline operator including developing work plans, conducting performance evaluations and providing supervision and guidance, as well as advocate and plan for his/her professional development.
• Conducts qualitative and quantitative data collection; manage data analysis and information presentation related to CRFM and Projects M&E.
• Produces regular internal and external reports on complaint trends, response procedures, and relevant issues.
• Performs PSEA focal point tasks in relevance with INTERSOS and IASC SEA standards.
• Performs M&E focal point tasks for WASH and Protection projects under AICS and ECHO including monitoring all projects’ activities and progress towards achieving the project outputs.
• Spot checks projects activities conducted in the field to ensure the activities quality and accountability to beneficiaries.

In my current position as "Early Childhood Development community based trainer, I conduct training sessions for caregivers and Kindergartens' facilitators to enhance their knowledge and raise their awareness on early childhood development and Education. Our target demographic are most vulnerable caregivers and Kindergartens facilitators as they are mainly dealing with children. I maintain programmatic accountability for program activities including data submission, record keeping of activities as well as making detailed narrative weekly reports for the accomplishments and the implementation process.
While working as ECD trainer, i performed several tasks outside my job description including;
• Facilitating and Interpreting several training, workshops, and visits from English to Arabic and Vice Versa.
•Translating training's documents and manuals.
•Facilitating the visits of donor and partners.
Location: Host Community (Amman, Zarqa, Mafraq, Irbid)
As community facilitator i was performing the following tasks;
Planning, implementing, and monitoring of the Project activities on renewable energy implemented by WV Jordan or through implementing partner ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with World Vision policy and standards and general core humanitarian standards.
Conduct assessments of households and beneficiaries for the suitability of the interventions
Prepare and conduct awareness sessions and presentation of materials for beneficiaries on Basic Renewable energy and resources, energy efficiency and water conservation methods.
Assisting in preparing monthly progress reports outlining project field activities.
Liaise and cooperate with local CBO's and communities on project implementation and supervision In terms of spreading messages related to the project.

Emergency Wash Project
As Hygiene Promoter in the Emergency Wash Project in Ruwayshed, my job consisted of Implementing the activities of the hygiene promotion project activities including assessing and updating project needs, supervising the distribution of hygiene kits, as well as conducting awareness sessions and Peer-to-Peer hygiene session. We were targeting most vulnerable people who are staying in the camps located in Jordan's northeastern border with Syria as well as in Azraq syrian refugees camp.
Amman and Jerash
My main tasks at Makani center were to develop outreach plan to crowd dropped out of school children, to conduct English language sessions to improve children English language and prepare them to join public schools, as well as making placement, pretests, and post-tests to monitor and evaluate children's progressing and our project impact.
Communicating with vulnerable children and their families to follow up with their academic development, as well as their Psycho-Social well being.
Modern Languages/ French Language with a minor in English and Literature. I ranked first among all the students who graduated with me in 2015.
