Around 27 Years of Professional Experience in the field of Construction covers procurement, preparation of execution procedure (tendering stage), checking the correctness of tender quantity, preparation of procurement schedule, floating enquiry to the suppliers & sub-contractors, taking price in the line of project requirements & finally preparing adjudication sheets for the finalization of the suppliers & sub-contractors, preparation of award approval, managing site independently, preparation of MAR, evaluating PQ Documents, review & evaluate Supplier /subcontractor’s performance in coordination with Project Manager, Checking quality of materials used at site, Follow up of supplier /subcontractor for delivery, monitoring progress of site & also attend the Progress review meeting.
Responsible for Preparation of Procurement Schedule, Floating enquiry to the suppliers & Sub-contractors, taking price in the line of project requirements & finally preparing adjudication sheets for the finalization of the Suppliers & Sub-contractors, Preparation award approval, Preparation of submittal for approval & Coordination with consultant/Client for approval, coordination with site Manager/Store for requisition & delivery, Evaluation of PQ Documents, review & evaluate Supplier /subcontractor’s performance in coordination with Project Manager & also attend the Progress review meeting.
Project: “Al Zeina” is split into eight inner-precincts: “A through to G” consists mainly of residential accommodation across 14 Tower buildings plus townhouses and villas. Precinct H includes a jetty restaurant, cafes, gymnasium and leisure facilities there will be approximately 1194 residences, 3113 bedrooms on the project. Al Zeina is supplied with district chilled water to a Tabreed plant room that serves all precincts of the project.
