 WCDMA and GSM sites roll out support.
 Handling Various Customer Complains Related to 3G (Voice and data), Report Analysis as RAN Report, KPI Performances (CSV Access Success Rate, CSD Access Success Rate, HSDPA Access Success Rate, RRC Establishment Fail Rate, CSV Call Drop Rate, CS IRAT HO successful Rate, SHO Success Rate ) etc. Keeping the Threshold Value of KPI Parameter by doing the Frequency Planning & Optimization of the Network.
 Responsible for technical support to drive test engineer regarding drive test, Benchmarking, TEC and TRAI Related Drive and report preparation & cluster optimization for 2G, EDGE and 3G Technologies.
 Optimization of parameter including pilot pollution, RSCP, poor Ec/Io, BLER, MTx (UE TX Power), SIR etc.
 WCDMA and GSM site planning on Netact tool, providing the prediction plots, coverage based analysis, planning new towns, IBS survey and report submission and optimization related work.

 To Maintain RF KPI -- (TCH Drop, TCH Block, SD Drop, SD Block, CSSR, HOSR, TBF Drop, TBF Success rate, GPRS/ EDGE Throughput, GPRS/EDGE Payload & BLER for GPRS / EDGE) of the network within agreed benchmark, analyzing degradations in KPI & take measures to improve the performance.
 GPRS/EDGE KPI - Latency, Link Speed, Throughput, Retainability and Availability Monitoring and Cell Optimization for Further Improvement for Recommended KPI’S.
 Parameter optimization - Includes parameter optimization of Sites and adjusting the values of the parameters to the optimum and therefore reducing the SDCCH drop, SDCCH congestion, TCH drop, TCH congestion, H/O Failure, Poor TASR etc.
 Undertaken and successfully implemented New Frequency Plan with Synthesis Frequency Hopping (SFH) in the Regions and implement Enhanced Full Rate, AMR Half/Full Rate
 AFP Plan and AD Hoc Plan Implementation for Frequency Planning for Showcase and Non Showcase Town.
 Neighbor list analysis, Interference and Coverage Analysis and to suggest for changes to be made in network to Optimize the given network.
 Carrying out EDGE / GPRS Optimization by Drive Tests, Coverage Confinements, changing Antenna Tilt and Orientation, increasing Time Slots for better. Handling all RF related customer complaints by checking / inspecting serving BTS site suggesting additional sites, if any. Performing Physical optimization of the network so as to minimize coverage holes & interference.
 Responsibity of maintaining Database Of Cluster GSM Sites:-Activity Tracker, Master Database, Rouge cell updating in Portal, Weekly Action Plan.
 Technical support to O&M team for troubleshooting and faultfinding or correction.
