To control all physical, chemical and microbiological testing of raw, semi and finshed material such as spice, pickel, paste, chutney, rice, vermicelli etc.
•To maintain standard of all raw, semi and finished material as per national and international standards.
•To performe packaging material testing & inspection in the absence of packing incharge.
•To supervise and conduct all physical, chemical and microbiological tessting of raw &semi-finished material.
•To prepare or supervise the preparation of chemical for testing by taken precautionary measures of handling.
•Prepairing Certificate of Analysis against Export orders of all products.
•Managing and conducting line inspection and solving online issues with production team.
•Development and modification of new Raw and Packaging material.
•Product stabilty and shelf life study of products.
•Maintaining ISO documentations and working on improvements.
•Meeting with suppliers for quality improving issues and supplier evaluation.
•Training of subordinates to improve their efficiency and output.
•Conducting audits and assessments to ensure Food Safety is strictly followed. GMP implementations and compliance.
•Coduct meeting with compliance team to enhance the quality parameters.
•Managing and conducting line inspection and solving online issues with production team.
•Management of quality department and line inspectors.
•Monitoring and implementing GMP compliance throughout the Factory.
To control all physical and chemical hazards duirng online inspection.
•To maintain STD while production as per defined SOP's.
•To Control measurement of chemical during weighing and aslo feeding.
•Also inspection of sorting and crumb section to improve the quality of the product.
During this Tenure first one week we spend a time in all department of this company to undersatnd the criteria that how to DALDA Industry work.(like Finance dept, HR dept, Planning dept, Purcahse dept, Ware Houe, Plant, Packing dept, Finished Good Ware House etc)
•Our main scope of training to spend and learn more things from their QC & QA dept.
•To perform different testing parameters of oil like (FFA, peroxide value, Rancidity etc..)
•Take introduction of Colorimeter, NMR, Spectrophotometer & Gas Chromatography.

Responsibilities
•To implements & Assure the Quality Standards from raw materials to Finish Product & Dispatch (On Product Floor at every process step) via GMP, GLP, GHP, QMS (ISO-9001), FSSC (ISO-22000), IPM, CRQS, SQC, SPC, 5S, Process & Personal Hygiene, Quality Circle, Root Cause Analysis, Action Plan & at defined QIP, that results in quality and hygienic product under (ISO-9001, 22000 & HALAL) environment to fulfill the internal Standards and legal compliance for continuous improvements of the system, by utilizatization of Departmental *Budget program efficiently to use the approved resources, by conducting Cross Functional Internal Audits, via data recording in ERM Quality Module after Defined Frequency.
•For ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
