Which is a hospital for Obesity of 32, 000 sqm located at Jabal Al Hussein area. The Hospital consists of Inpatient and Outpatient, single, double and VIP Inpatient rooms, Emergency, Pharmacy, Labs, Endoscopy, Kitchen, Laundry, CSSD departments and Operation Theaters as well as the Administration department and Parking Lots.
charge of processing and delivering the full set of drawings from schematic to construction for the Facilities Buildings of the Municipality Club Project, Medina, KSA. The 88, 700-sqm project consists of Stadium, multi-purpose Court, Health Spa, Academy, Regional Development Building, a Mosque and Retail shops.
charge of processing and delivering the construction documents and drawings for the design and built of architectural and interior fit-outworks of King Saud University Endowment Hospital Project (KSUEH), Riyadh, KSA. Which is a general Hospital of 36, 400 sqm; the hospital consisted of Inpatient and Outpatient departments, VIP Inpatient wards, Emergency, Pharmacy, Labs, Dentistry and Ophthalmology departments, Dialysis, Diagnostic Imaging department, Maternity department, Operation Theaters, as well as the Administration department and Parking Lot.
Worked on the construction documents and drawings of Souk Hotel, Ayla Marina Village Center, Aqaba, Jordan. The Project included a Hotel, Apartments and Chalets, in addition to a multipurpose Hall, Indoor and Outdoor Entertainment Facilities, Spa, Swimming Pools, and Sand Beaches.
Worked on the construction documents and drawings of Centro, Amman, Jordan 2500 sqm, a Hypermarket in the heart of Amman, along with stores and cold stores areas, besides these vices and under floor Parking areas
Performed quality control on the steel and aluminum details drawings reflected on site, and made proper amendments or as-built drawing when necessary.
Designed the master plan of Ishtar Hospital, Amman, Jordan of 600 sqm. A 100-bed multi-purpose Hospital, that includes a Pharmacy, Emergency, Dermatology department, Gynecology and Obstetrics department, Ophthalmology department, major and minor Operation Theaters, Inpatient Wards, Administration in addition to the services and under floor Parking.
Worked on the concept and schematic design of the master plan expansion of the Eyes Specialty Hospital, Amman, Jordan which is laid on 6, 085 sqm. The expansion included an Outpatient Clinics building and a Hotel to serve the hospital patients, plus an extension to the existing Hospital Parking areas.
Worked on the design development and the construction documents and drawings of the Financial Plaza Project, Riyadh, KSA. The plaza of 17, 600 sqm, is an outdoor area within the financial district, where four major Banks lays, it acts as rest and socializing space for the employees and visitors and a connection Zone for vehicles and pedestrians.
The design development and construction drawings were performed by View&Vision team, while the master plan was designed by Henning Larsen Architects and the structural and civil work was done by Buro Happold-Dubai
Worked on the design development and the construction documents and drawings of Bitar & Iqtidar Commercial Offices, Amman, Jordan. The two office buildings in Alabdali Project in Amman, of an approximate area of 13, 000 sqm and 16, 000 sqm, are mainly Retail Shops in the ground floor and Commercial Offices in the upper floors.
Worked on the construction documents and drawings of Jumeirah Hotels at Saraya Aqaba, Aqaba, Jordan the three Hotels project is within Saraya development, with a total built-up area of 60, 000 sqm.
Worked on the construction documents and drawings of Emaar Resort & Samarah Mall, Dead Sea, Jordan. The
Resortis Apartment Buildings inavillage, with atotal built-up area of 90, 000sqm, which includes Swimming Pools, Beach, Spa, Gym, Barbecue areas and neighborhood Shopping and Dining facilities at a retail village.
Worked on the design of Residential Buildings and luxurious Villas, and Commercial Buildings in Amman, Jordan, in addition to site supervision and reporting to the stakeholder.
Participated in the concept design and design development stages and presentations for the several luxurious villas
residential buildings in Amman, Jordan.
