Maintain, update and troubleshoot users’ computers, laptops, security systems, and IT infrastructure, System
administration experience with Kaspersky Anti-Virus Host Based Security Systems.
 Install and or configure systems and applications, provide everyday technical support for end users using the
computer systems and ministry network.
 Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests for users, Repair and replace equipment as necessary,
diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
 Handle end-user (the ministry employees) requests, troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, applications and
network, monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, and solve technical problems (computers, Printers, Scanners troubleshooting ).
 Work across IT functions and collaborate effectively across multiple ways to deliver complete technical solutions,
focus continuously on a task until completion.
 Provide basic services of enterprise datacenter technologies including Networking, TCP/IP, and DNS.

 Maintain/support Active Directory at an enterprise level with Domain controller and its policies, set up new users'
accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.

 Manage and maintain the backup systems, ensure backups are run to schedule and retention is met using VEEAM
Backup & Replication software on storages devices.
 Present Good knowledge in virtual environment of servers (based on VMware technology).
 Hands on experience with VMware ESX, ESXi/vSphere, VCenter, VMotion, and additional virtualization
technologies and concepts.
 Install, and implement the operational issues virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V & vSphere) products.
Virtualization is applied to many servers with their applications, create system hardware for servers, and set up both: software, hardware components on servers.
 Open help requests with Exchange/middleware software vendor support, Implement and test changes to
Exchange/middleware software, Coordinate and communicate Exchange/middleware software change activities,
Maintain Exchange/middleware software security compliance, Review & assess security vulnerability alerts, Perform Exchange/middleware software health checks.
 Set up Cisco phone systems to end users over Voice over IP (VoIP) technology. Link up devices that are necessary for
telephony clients within the ministry.
 Download various programs for employees and install virus protection software on employees' computers and servers
using Kaspersky Security Center.
 Configure new access rules with knowing and understanding the firewall policies environment and applications,
Accessing and managing firewall policies via the command line interface with full access to all firewall settings.
 Design an application related to patients who benefit in a certain way from the Ministry of Health using PHP as a
programming language and WAMP SERVER as a web development environment.
 Work remotely for ministry of health centers all over the country.
