•Monitering of fire intruder and enviroment system
•Monitering out hour emergency responce service
Meet and greet the guests and assist with check-in/check-out
•To give a warm welcome to each guest arriving and entering the hotel, with a smile and
•Constantly providing high standard and exceptional services to the guests e.g. loading and unloading guest luggage’s’
•Ensuring that all guest’s requests, requirements and compliant are attended to promptly and acted in the correct manner.
•Providing a thorough and up to date knowledge about the attractions, activities in the hotel and product knowledge.
•Be aware and up selling in house facilities.

Responsibilities:
•To give a warm welcome to each guest arriving and entering the hotel with a smile and by name.
•Recording House hourly results as per the gaming
•Inspecting the gaming procedures
•Confirming the payment of the customer bet
•Maintaning the orderly whilst at hte gaminag area and observig from far
•Manning the gaming area whilst Dealers should not take the gaming property to staff area for thier self usage.
Acknowledging the customers in the gaming floor and monitoring their bets and play
•Inspecting the gaming procedures
•Recording all the gaming transactions
•Confirming all the daily payments
•Controling all the games and floor
•Manning and supervising the staffs
•Training new staffs and old staffs who are not familiar with other games
•Helping the HR personel with recruiting new staffs in gaming department
•Allocating inspectors and dealers in different tables in doing break list
•Recording house only results
•Keeping all guest records and taking stock inventories
•Handing over and explaining all the reports to the manager
•Biding farewel to the guest and welcoming them back
Welcoming guest to the gaming tables
•Explaining to the guest the different games within the company
•Handling gaming procedures
•Giving winning guest tokens for cash exchange
•Appreciating guest and encouraging them even if they loose
•Maintaing proper arrangments of the float
•Maintaining and following the opening and clossing procedures
