• IT strategy / policies creation, implementation and enforcement including data leakage prevention.

• Websites / web applications design, planning, creation and implementations using local resources or with outsourced entities .
• ERP / HCM / CRM technology, functional sizing and implementations using Oracle technologies ( eBusiness Suite 12i ), integration with high-bay warehouse robotic systems, biometric systems, reports design, migrations and upgrades .
• Internet service solutions design and implementations .
• Telephony platform planning, creation and implementing.
• IT Backup solutions planning and implementation for ERP and messaging platforms including hot and cold solutions .
• Camera surveillance systems design and implementations including deep LAN design and recording optimizations.
• Field service automation and communications for ERP & email communications
• Mobile users automation and security, Internet domain acquisition and management
• Supporting social media platforms ( Facebook, YouTube ) & marketing events ( technology operations )
• Planning & build data centers including planning and build until operations
• IT Training for company employees including training material preparation ( user guides, power point slides … )
