-Manage daily operational aspects of project and scope.Create and execute projects work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
-Create project plans-discuss with management for approvals.
-Directly reporting to the Construction Manager, assisting with the coordination to the Consultant and Client during site inspection.
-Preparing monthly/weekly/daily reports for management and PMC submission.
-Monitoring cost and commitment through requisition and invoice review.
-Ensuring active engagement of team members by delegation of tasks to the appropriate person both on a long term and on a day-to-day basis.
-Managing all submission SD, MS, and RFI to ensure compliance to requirements.
-Enforce quality assurance and control, monitor adherence to safety and occupational health.

-Red Line South Underground Metro Project. (2017-2018) /QatarRail
-Red Line North Underground Metro Project. (2017-2018) /QatarRail
-Mesaimmer Pump Station and Outfall Project. (2018-Working) / Ashghal
-Epic for Closure of Old Landfill Project. (2019-Working) / Qatar Petroleum
Sirkeci-Uzun Kopru Railway
Responsibility:
-Totally 1000 meter drilling for Project soil investigation.
-All samples lab. test-concrete test
-Geological-geotechnical reporting of soil investigation.-Offering advices in the planning.
-Preparing monthly/weekly/daily reports for Project Manager.
-Co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of projects.
-Monitors subcontractors activities ensuring target schedule is met in line with the program of works.
-Monitored daily costs and progress of well operations.
-Responsible for collecting well performance data and developing predictive maintenance and work over schedules to optimize operations.
-Organized the working of the project such as the equipment required and forecasted any further requirement.
-Handled the site and identified areas where new equipment and technology could be tasted safety.
