 Preparing and analyzing financial reports on monthly basis.
 Preparing financial models to track and organize major expenses.
 Preparing cash flow forecast and variance analyses report on monthly basis.
 Preparing cots reports that shows the costs incurred on each project.
 Make sure that the Finance Figures are aligned with the Operations figures.
 Calculate and track the percentage of completion for the three projects.
 Make sure that Accrued Income is recorded on monthly basis.
 Participating in the preparation of the yearly budget.
 Reviewing and approving all transactions done on the system by the accountants.
 Leading the month end & year end closing activities as per policies and procedures.
 Supervising a team of A/P, A/R and Treasury accountants.
 Preparing TAX declarations.
 Monitoring and reviewing each dimension to make sure it is allocated to the related cost center.
 Preparing Sales Invoices after reconciling all related data on monthly basis.
 Performing a quarter inventory check and correct discrepancies.
 Reviewing purchase costs and allocated charges.
 Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company.
 Contacting and following up with banks to solve issues related to Letter of Credit, Reconciliation…
 Understanding and adhering to financial regulations and legislation.
 Liaising with external auditors on all audit matters, managing audits and assisting to implement audit recommendations.

 Planning and preparing the Item location for the new warehouse in collaboration with the
Development Team
 Designing a floor marking plan for the Warehouse.
 Developing the employment hierarchy for the warehouse and allocating roles to required employees
