• To provide support to administrators and help oversee business operations and assist them to ensure operational goals are met daily. • Scheduling, delegating daily tasks, answering employee/client queries, and resolving issues. • Interview potential employees along with managers and assist in the employee selection process. • Process owner for valuable certification schemes like IATF 16940, AS9100, Recall food process. • Conducting regular performance reviews of all members of the team, offering feedback on areas for improvement.
• Responsible for day-to-day activities for the scheme IATF 16949. • IATF audit reports review and decision for accept or reject. • Reviewing documents sent by BV network, raising defects against checklists, sending defects to BV network for rectification, follow-up closure of rectified documents. • Monitoring of the end-to-end process for the scheme IATF-16949, technical and admin support to auditors and other stake holders.
• Implement and monitor Quality management system as per AS9100 Standard.
• Detect, analyze and eliminate causes of quality problems.
• Implement proper corrective and preventive actions for process related issues.
• Prepare and maintain company quality documents, quality procedures and QA reports.
• Develop, implement and manage QA process improvement tools and inspection process instructions.
• Coordinate with staff and customers on quality related issues.
• Handle tasks of analyzing quality data and provide recommendations on revision of specifications, when indicated
• Documentation for testing reports, calibration of instruments, Procedure Qualification Report.
• To co-ordinate with TPI agencies and customer’s inspectors for inspection.
• Testing all Control Panel Accessories such as Test Terminal Block, Semaphore Indicator, Indicating Lamps, Push Buttons and contact elements.
• Handling new product development; maintaining best quality with minimum rejection. Improving product quality at vendor’s end by undertaking projects.
• Establishing quality standards, implementing QC systems to enhance quality of products, conducting tests & inspections, ensuring operational effectiveness of equipment. Identifying deviations, areas of non-conformance & undertake relevant modifications.
• Handling total inspection of export orders, maintain inspection and tests statistics. Coordinating with R & D for new product developments and manage quality related data.
• Integrated Management System - responsible for implementing the requirements of Quality Management System.
